What an amazing day for our Big Lunch event! Well over a hundred people came out to meet their neighbours and bask in the glorious sunshine. Thank you to all the residents who participated and volunteered. We hope to see you again soon.

The Big Lunch

Sunday 18th July 2010
By the Canal side Memorial from 12.00pm to 3.00pm

The Big Lunch is a bring-your-own-food, open-air picnic by the residents, for the residents, to show how local people can be a neighbourhood.

Come and get together to meet, greet, share, play and laugh for no reason other than we all need to. To conquer our natural shyness, to open our curtains, windows, doors, and minds and looking out for one another the way we used to.

It’s for you, him, her, them, us, everyone we know and don’t know but should: Our Neighbours! If you wish to help on the day or in any other way call 07795 509 429

*Please note that Residents attending this event MUST be responsible for their children’s welfare. GUPRA shall have no liability for any loss, injury or damage*
